Summary

Jira issue macros are failing to display properly randomly in Confluence.

• Report macros are displaying the error: Getting issues..
• Single Jira issue macros are displaying: Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error. on Chrome and Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error. HTTP/2.0 500 on Safari.

Steps to Reproduce

1. This issue appears and disappears randomly so it is hard to have proper steps to reproduce it.

Expected Results

The Jira issue macros are properly displayed.

Actual Results

The macros are displaying the following error messages:

"Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error" on Chrome
"Data cannot be retrieved due to an unexpected error. HTTP/2.0 500" on Safari

"Getting issues.." For list of Jira issues.

The following error is displayed in Confluence logs:

Uncaught exception thrown by REST service: java.lang.IllegalStateException: Duplicate key [

Workaround

Not a proper workaround but the issue seems to resolved itself after a few minutes but keeps on coming back.
