Summary

When viewing Confluence Questions, A small pop-up error shows up saying either:

Something went wrong

We are not sure what the problem is. Try again, and
contact your admin if it still doesn't work.

or

Unauthorized action

You're not allowed to perform this action. Ask your
admin to grant you permission.

Attempting to access the "Experts" Section shows no experts.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Access Confluence questions
2. click the "Experts" Tab.

Expected Results

Confluence Questions opens without any errors.
Experts are shown in the "Experts" Section.

Actual Results

Error shows up in the bottom-left corner (see above for text)
In the Browser Dev tools Networking, you will see an error for the following call:

"https://confluence-questions.prod.atl-paas.net/rest/questions-connect/1.0/expert?start=0&limit=10"

Experts section lists no experts.
