With the Confluence's new look, when the user has a couple of pages in the sidebar, a scrollbar will be displayed:

However, the scrollbar will be between the pages and the option to expand/collapse the sidebar. It's almost 1px of difference, which might be difficult for the user to use the scrollbar itself. Attached is a video about the behavior.

This is a suggestion to increase the width of the scrollbar in the sidebar.
