Add the possibility to search for pages on insert link button of Questions

      Problem Definition

      The 'Insert Link' button on Questions opens a box to enter the link.

      Suggested Solution

      Add back the old 'link' method that allowed user entering a URL or searching for a Confluence page.

      Why this is important

      User needs to search for the page on a new Confluence tab in order to copy the link.
