Delete Space option missing in Personal Spaces

Summary

Personal spaces no longer are showing the Delete Space tab.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to any Personal Space;
2. Select Space tools from the sidebar;
3. The Delete Space tab should display under Overview option.

Expected Results

Delete Space tab can be selected and the user can proceed with the space delete.

Reach the Delete Space using a URL hack
