In the editor, you can indent macros, but the indent doesn't survive after publishing.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create some headings, paragraphs, and add a Tip macro and a Code macro.
2. Select-All
3. Press indent-right
4. Publish

Expected:

• Entire page is indented

Actual:

• Tip and code macros are aligned to the left edge
