Hide Created By on the header of pages

      Problem

      We're not able to hide the Created by information on pages using style macro or CSS since its restricted, also, the macro doesn't work on the new interface.

      Suggestion

      Allow to remove it with CSS customization or implement a function to remove the Create by information
