Expand code macro to accept syntax highlighting language in macro name

The code block macro works well for highlighting code, but it's a PAIN to use.

The #1 item to adjust on each and every code macro is the syntax highlighting language.

It would be great if there was a way to specify options on the command line when adding a code macro. i.e.

{{ {code:bash<enter> }}

This would speed things up dramatically when adding code documentation or snippets.
