Summary
Questions for Confluence users are unable to at-mention other users within the instance and receive a "Something Went Wrong" popup message
Environment

Steps to Reproduce
- Navigate to Questions for Confluence and Ask A Question
- In the Description, at-mention someone else
or - Navigate to Questions for Confluence and locate a Question and try to Answer it
- In your Comment, at-mention someone else
Expected Results
At-Mention renders an Autocomplete list so that you can select who to mention
