Implement the option to receive wiki notifications as a daily digest instead of a potentially huge amount of emails.

The current solution is to let the author decide whether to send a notification which is not good enough in the case where Wiki moderators have to make sure the pages are in good shape and prevent incorrect information from entering the Wiki. As far as I know there is no option to watch a Wiki space in a way that you are notified about all changes.

On the other hand, being notified about all changes will create a lot of spam. The solution would be to offer a daily digest for all wiki spaces you are watching (separate from the interesting changes newsletter). It would be great if each user could modify the frequency with which they want to receive emails (immediately, every hour, daily, every week, etc). They should also be able to choose whether they only want changes marked as "notify" or all changes.

Current approaches like the No Email Storm plugin are not reasonable for this as they will reduce the amount of notifications sent, but instead of organizing them in an efficient manner.
