Summary

When editing a blueprint, the label icon is not displayed if the blueprint has not been edited before.
After the blueprint is saved, the label icon is displayed. However, using this modified blueprint with a label applied will not apply the label once the page is created.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a blueprint for the first time (the label icon is not present).
2. Save it. Edit the blueprint again (the label icon is now present).
3. Add a label to the blueprint and save it.
4. Create a new page using the edited blueprint.

Expected Results

The page is created with the correct label applied.

Actual Results

The page is created but does not use the label applied.

Workaround

Apply the label after the page is created.
