Page Tree Macro creates additional whitespace/padding between content and comments

Summary

Confluence Page Tree Macro causes additional whitespace to be added between the content and the Comments section. There is also a larger than normal gap added above the macro.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a page
2. Add the Page Tree Macro to that page

Expected Results

The Content only takes up the needed space.

Actual Results

There is a large amount of whitespace that is added between the content and the comments at the bottom. In addition, there is a smaller amount of additional whitespace added above the macro.
