New Confluence experience does not show Header and Footer Customizations on overview page

Summary

The new SPA layout will ignore all Header and Footer customisation on overview pages in Confluence Admin >> Sidebar, Header and Footer

Steps to reproduce

1. Navigate to Confluence Admin >> Sidebar, Header and Footer, and set the Header to "test"
2. You should be able to see "test" on top of all your pages (including overview page) in Confluence
3. Check overview pages of any space

Expected results

The customization to the header should still be visible on all pages including overview page

Actual results

The customisation disappears on overview pages only.
