      Problem Definition

      Customers who have the New Confluence Look are experiencing issues with viewing the Scroll bar on the Confluence Admin Sidebar

      The Scroll Bar appears to be a slightly darker shade of Blue as the Sidebar itself:

      Suggested Solution

      Update the Color so that it is more visible
