Page tree macro does not display the name of the space

Summary

Before the new Confluence look and feel, the page tree macro could be used to display the space name and the pages beneath it. There is no combination of settings to achieve this now. You can display the page tree starting from the home page of the space or you can display the space name with no child pages.

Environment

Confluence Cloud

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a page tree macro to a page
2. Publish the page and see that the space name cannot be displayed above the page tree

Expected Results

In the previous Confluence look and feel, the space name appeared above the page tree.

Actual Results

The page hierarchy can be displayed or the space name, but not both
