Summary

Checkboxes does not display correctly on Page Properties Report macro.

Steps to Reproduce

• Add a Page Property macro and configure values as checkboxes.
• 
• On another page, add a Page Property Report macro and report on the previously configured page.

Expected Results

The values on the column should show the checkboxes correctly.

Actual Results

The values on the column display bullet points instead of chechboxes.

The dates no longer show up in different colors for past due, upcoming, and long term.
