Summary

According to CONFCLOUD-45537, the image effects should be working as expected for now. However, when trying to add image effects, it's only displayed in the editor, while on the page, the image has no effects.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Edit a new Confluence page
2. Insert a new attachment (a picture, in this case)
3. Add the requested effect by clicking on the image > Properties > Effects
4. Notice that the effect will be applied.
5. Publish the page

Expected Results

The image should have the effect applied.

Actual Results

No effects are applied.
