Opening an anchor link in a new tab/window does not work if an iframe is present on that page

      Summary

      With Confluence new design enabled, if an iframe is used on the page, the anchor macro will not redirect the user to the correct location if the link is open in a new tab/window (can be seen with the Table of Content macro).

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable Confluence new design.
      2. On a page with an iframe and a table of content, open of the link from the ToC macro in a new tab/window.

      Expected Results

      You are properly redirected to the correct anchor on the page.

      Actual Results

      The page opens at the top of the page ignoring the anchor.

      Workaround

      Turn off Confluence new design for now by clicking on your profile picture in the bottom left then Turn off for now.
