Anchor Links to the same page are not working

Environment

Confluence New Look and Feel (ADG3)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a Page
2. Add an Anchor Macro
3. Through the Add Hyperlink button on the editor, go to Advanced and add a link to the anchor you've just created
4. Save the Page
5. On the page, click on the link

Expected Results

Clicking on the link should land you on the anchor link

Actual Results

Nothing happens
