Summary

Page title are not populated when user create page template.

Steps to replicate

1. Create a test space
2. Go to space tools > Templates and click create new template
3. Add the template title and some contents on the page then save it.
4. Create a page (...) and choose the template you created in step2

The page title is not added

Page title should be added automatically
