      Summary

      When reloading a Confluence page that has a file or image thumbnail, broken images are rendered.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a page and add a file or image on the page.
      2. Load the page and notice that the file or image thumbnail gets displayed properly on the page.
      3. Wait for 1 to 2 hours and reload the same page.

      Expected Results

      The file or image thumbnail should load properly on the reloaded page.

      Actual Results

      Broken images are rendered on the page.

      Workaround

      Clear the browser cache and reload the page.

      Google Chrome : Clear cache and cookies
      Firefox : How to clear the Firefox cache
      Edge : More options > Settings > Clear browsing data : Choose what to clear > Cached data and file > Clear
      Internet Explorer : Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History > Temporary Internet files and website files > Delete
      Safari : Develop > Empty Caches
