Summary

The images on the page sometimes show correctly, but sometimes it shows broken.

Environment

• Cloud Version 1000.1475.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. View a page with images
2. View the page again after1 - 2 hours or refresh the page few time until the image shows broken

Expected Results

The thumbnail should show as configured

Actual Results

The images are not showing broken image.

From the Development Panel, it shows Error 403

Notes

• The image is working when clicking on the thumbnail for the preview mode.

Workaround

• Clear browser cache, then refresh the page. This will work immediately, but the images will be broken again after the token is expired.

  Edge : More options > Settings > Clear browsing data : Choose what to clear > Cached data and file > Clear
  Internet Explorer : Tools > Safety > Delete Browsing History > Temporary Internet files and website files > Delete
  Safari : Develop > Empty Caches
