Summary

When a delete space is triggered on the UI it will either get stuck at 0% or at another progress rate.

You might see this error when reloading the page or triggering another delete:

Expected Results

Space should be deleted.

Actual Results

An exception like the one below prevents the delet, this can be found in the Confluence logs:

Workaround

Manually deleting the entry in the notifications table and then deleting the space.
