1. Create a Space in an instance with SPA enabled
2. Open the Space's Homepage
3. Click on the 'Start Watching' button

Expected Results

• It displays the option to Manage Watchers, if you have enough permissions.

Actual Results

• It only allows you to watch/unwatch the page.
