      Emails sent by Confluence Cloud to watchers show dates one day before the actual event date in the email.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create an event for a certain date. i.e. "Testing Atlassian".   With the date 4/20/2017.

      Expected Results

      Email arrives to watchers with:

      Apr 20, 2017
      All day
      Testing Atlassian

       

      Actual Results

      Email arrives with the date one day before the event:

      Apr 19, 2017
      All day
      Testing Atlassian
