Excerpt Include macro fails when page name includes #

The Excerpt Include include macro "cannot find" pages when a page name includes a "#" symbol. The reported error is:

 The page {insert page name here} does not exist. 

Steps to reproduce:

1. create a parent page that uses the "excerpt" macro
2. create a child page that uses the "excerpt include" macro (point it to the parent page created in step #1)
3. Test the except / excerpt include macros are working correctly.
4. Rename parent page to include a # (hash/pound) symbol
5. Child page created in step #2 will now read:

    The page {insert page name here} does not exist.
