In Cloud we disallow the inclusion of arbitrary HTML/CSS/JavaScript, which customers can easily and inadvertently use to render their instance unusable.

For example, we have removed the Look & Feel 'Stylesheet' and 'Layout' options in Cloud The presence of this 'CSS Stylesheet' macro subverts this, so it should be removed.
