getServerInfo() service method does not return a right Confluence version for OD version

      As reported by bob.swift@charter.net, getServerInfo is not returning the right Confluence for OD version any longer.

      The service gets the version as a combination of: info.getMajorVersion() + "." + info.getMinorVersion() + "." + info.getPatchLevel().

      This stopped working correctly a while ago with OnDemand, when the version format changed. It is annoying as it forces customers to look at the build number instead.
