Confluence favicon not shown, or incorrect one shown for OnDemand

1. Confluence standalone instance - shows the the old OnDemand favicon (I think?):

2. On a Conf+JIRA instance, I don't see any favicon for Confluence:

3. Same on SDOG

4. BTF seems ok
