Tooltip placement obscures view when inserting table from menu

      Within Chrome 33.0.1750.152 and Firefox 28.0 the tooltip advising:

      Hold SHIFT for a table without a heading

      misbehaves in the following ways:

      1. Obscures table selection
      2. Doesn't react to resize
