The mobile login page for Confluence doesn't work properly in OnDemand, because it isn't properly redirected to the common Indra login page. For GApps-enabled instances, this means it doesn't work at all.
Ideally, we'd build a responsive UI for our login and signup screens, as covered under CONF-27172.
However, a short-term solution might be to adjust the filtering which redirects the Confluence login pages to JIRA in OnDemand so that these work for the mobile login page as well.
