instructional text in templates does not support danish characters

    Description

      The new feature in 5.1, 'instructional text' in templates does not support danish characters. When I type something using æ,ø,å or Æ,Ø,Å press save and then edit again, the characters have disapeared. This makes the new feature useless to us.
