JIRA Issue macro doesn't render multi-line text fields containing Wiki Rendering

Reproduction:

• Create a custom field with JIRA as type multi-line text field and wiki-style render
• Add Wiki rendered text into the field (bullet points used in example)
• Add 'JIRA Issue Macro' to Confluence page including the custom field

The raw HTML formatting is displayed in the results.

Version is 5.4-OD-4 (not available in 'Affects Version' field.
