LucidChart add-on not working or visible in Confluence Cloud

      Symptom: LucidChart add-on is not visible to Confluence Cloud users. The behaviour occurs after a restart.

      Resolution: Raise a support request via support.atlassian.com and support will apply a fix to reveal the add-on.
