Steps to reproduce:

When editing a page:

• Add Table of Content Macro
• Add a Paragraph
• Add a Note Macro
  • Edit it and enter an Optional Title
• Add another Paragraph
• Add a Tip Macro
  • Edit it and enter an Optional Title
• Save the page

Expected:

Table of Contents just to display the two Parapgraphs

Output:

It is displaying the Paragraphs + the Optional Title for the Note and Tip Macros.
