In OnDemand, only users in confluence-administrators can create Project Links from JIRA to Confluence.

    Description

      Since Icebat 71.1 (JIRA 6.1-OD-08) Users in OnDemand are only being able to create project links from JIRA to Confluence if they belong to the confluence-administrators group.

      The problem is that membership to that specific group is restricted to the Atlassian sysadmin user only, blocking regular administrators users from creating Project Links.
