Page Tree Macro: REST-API with expand=body.view or expand=body.export_view fails

      This is Confluence on an OnDemand instance.

      It looks like there's no way to get the rendered output of a page tree macro through the REST API. Is this correct?

      I get back some hidden input fields, and it looks like in Confluence, the loading and rendering of the page tree is done by JavaScript / Ajax by using those fields.
