Editing Settings in Security Configuration Does not Save

      1. As an admin user (not sysadmin) edit a setting in Security Configuration in Confluence. You'll see the Edit button is visible.
      2. Edit the Max Login Attempts under CAPTCHA, for example, change from 3 to another number.
      3. Click Save
      4. This will revert back to 3 when you come back to the screen.
      • There is no error message.
      • This does work for sysadmin
      • Editing Security Settings is a Restricted Function in Confluence Cloud, but the fact that it is possible to edit is misleading.
