Center Alignment is Not Working on Image at Confluence Page Editor

Problem Description

Center alignment at the tool bar does not work on Image on a confluence page.

Action Done and Observation

Replicated this on my test instance by pasting a image to a blank page.
Select the image and test on the alignment button on the editor tool bar.
The left and right alignment is working fine for the image but not the center alignment.

From the storage format view we can see tat the image is already <ac:image ac:align="center"> but when we view the page, the image is still align to the left.

Work Around

Add a space or character in the same line with image, then click the center alignment on the tool bar. The image will be aligned to the center.
