"Create from Template" Macro doesn't list any templates

      Ive just started using the Confluence templating stuff, whilst other members of the team are more experienced.

      However trying to use a feature we have used before seems to be broken.

      When I add a Create from Template macro, the drop down to allow me to select the template to be used either doesn't work or appears to be empty.

      I have a number of global and user templates in our system, so confused!

      I am trying to add this to the Default Space Content template (if that makes a difference)
