Resolve comment should be a "one-click" action

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Have a page on Confluence with inline comments on it.
2. Click on Resolve a comment.

Expected Results:
The comment should be marked as resolved. No other clicks needed or other screens showing up.

Actual Results:
The comment is marked as resolved, but I also have to click on close the pop-up which indicates that the comment was resolved. This is an unnecessary click. Also, there's a new screen that shows me all the comments that have been resolved (which I didn't ask for). See CONF-40100.mov.

Notes:
A suggestion would be (1) to make this pop-up disappear after few seconds; and (2) do not show up this screen.
