Documentation Theme is filling logs with warnings about missing theme

      The doc theme is still listed as a theme for several spaces in the Bandana table, which is flooding the logs with warnings.

      We have CONF-14838 but in this case it's not customers uninstalling a plugin themselves, its likely residual fallout from our recent announcement .
