Repro:
0. Add a new Roadmap Planner
1. Click the "lane head" to pop up the editor
3. Click the down arrow to choose a different lane color

What should happen:

• I should get the color selection list and be able to pick a color
  What happens:
• No color selection list pops up and can't change the lane color.
