Summary

The refresh button in the application navigator doesn't work for Confluence - the spinner keeps spinning forever, the links are never updated.

Environment

• Atlassian Cloud
• Confluence 1000.139.2

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the hamburger menu at the top left hand corner of the screen in Confluence
2. Click on the Configure... button
3. Click on the Refresh symbol above the list of application links (to the top right of the list)

Expected Results

1. The application links are refreshed and the refresh symbol stops spinning

Actual Results

The refresh symbol continues to spin forever

The below exception can be seen in the console
