Web Link not rendering if square brackets used

      For example,

      This is a URL which I would like to link:

      https://bluesky.skytouch.io/deployments?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q[aws_ec2_vpc_id_eq]=474096535

      The "q[aws_ec2_vpc_id_eq]=474096535" is the query operator for my application.

      The link is not rendered properly and is not editable after saving. See screen shots where I hover over the link with and without brackets.
