PDF Macro has an error converting attachment

      In one of my pages, I've attached the file 'UWV Focus 2014.pdf' to the PDF Macro. However, when the page renders, I get the message:

      "There was a problem converting this attachment. Please create an issue at http://jira.atlassian.com"
