While switching between formatting styles in Confluence while using Google Chrome, the cursor will disappear, causing the user not to be able to type until they click the screen again with their mouse.
Tested in Firefox and Safari, and do not have the same issue.
Environment

- Google Chrome Version 47.0.2526.106 (and now 49.*)
Steps to Reproduce
- Create new Confluence page
- Select Heading 1, and type a header.
- Carriage return, and type a paragraph.
- Carriage return again, and switch to heading.
Expected Results
The heading changes and the user can continue typing without having to click on the screen again.
Actual Results
If you test this in Google Chrome, the cursor will disappear, and you will not be able to type.
Workaround
Use Firefox, Safari, or Internet Explorer instead, or re-click the screen after changing formatting.
