Hi
One of our users (me!) of Confluence OnDemand halfwave.atlassian.net is unable to create a blank page.
VERSIONS AFFECTED
1. I see this in Confluence OD today. My understanding is that this is 5.9.1-OD-2015.39 (based on info here: https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloud/application-versions-687219181.html)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to a page in our OnDemand confluence (e.g. https://halfwave.atlassian.net/wiki/display/PS/Projects)
2. Click on Create (alternatively, click on the ... next to create and choose Blank Page)
EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR
1. A new blank page is created with a default title
OBSERVED BEHAVIOUR
1. A completely blank page is created (see attached screenshot) without title, and user unable to edit it

1. OTHER USERS: Have checked and other users do not have this problem. Only justin
2. POSSIBLE CAUSE: This problem started to occur just after the user added a new template. The template has since been removed.
