PDF Export fails in IE11

      Summary

      With the new task management of PDF Exports, users are presented with a "Download" link when the PDF export is complete. More information on this can be found in CONF-43371. In IE11, the download link is not a link, but static text. This means that the user cannot download the PDF export.

      Environment

      • Confluence Cloud 1000.226.2

      Steps to reproduce

      1. Go to a page click the 3 dots menu
      2. Select the "Export to PDF" option
      3. Wait for the long running task to complete
      4. Try to click on Download
