      Workaround

      1. Go to Confluence database
      2. Select below query: 
        • select * from bandana where bandanakey like 'atlassian.confluence.theme.settings' and bandanacontext like '{page_title}';
      3. The result will look like below:

      4. As you can see, we need to remove com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.doctheme:documentation from bandavalue
      5. Then run the update in the SQL, as per below: 
        •  update bandana set bandanavalue = replace(bandanavalue, 'com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.doctheme:documentation','') where bandanakey like 'atlassian.confluence.theme.settings' and bandanavalue like '%com.atlassian.confluence.plugins.doctheme:documentation%';
      6. Flush the cache to get the effect of database update
